Simpson softball is looking forward to the 2021 season. With having twelve returners and a fourteen player recruiting class, head coach Wayne Stower is excited about their chances of pursing a conference title. "With not getting to finish our 2020 season our girls are motivated more than ever to achieve great things." Junior pitcher Sunshine Wehunt stated, "with losing out on half our season last year we are more motivated now because our freshman from last year will get the chance to experience a full season at this level and we will play harder for the seniors that lost half their season and will now get the chance to play again."

Paige Bour, Kelseyville, CA, Kelseyville High School
Position: INF/U
High school Accomplishments: Second Team All-County, First Team All-County, Team MVP, and Coaches Award.

Marissa Ramirez, Stockton, CA, Lincoln High School
Position: OF/2B
High school Accomplishments: 3X Offensive Player of the Year, TCAL Honorable Mention, TCAL 1st Team, and three Years of varsity softball.

Madison Greco, Prunedale, CA, Cal State East Bay
Position: OF
High school/ Junior College Accomplishments: Graduated from San Benito HS in 2018, Four Years on Varsity, 1st Team All-League 2015-2016 & 2016-2017, 2018 MVP Award, 2016 Home Run Division Leader, 2017 2nd Team All CCS, and Freshman of the year at Cal State East Bay, started 36 of the 40 games.

High school Accomplishments: Top of her class all four years, Valedictorian , All league MVP 2016-2020 , All State Softball Team 2019, and Athlete of the Year 2020.

Kaitlin Hergert , Hillsboro, OR, Faith Bible High School
Position: 1B/Pitcher
High school Accomplishments: Superintendents List with Distinction all four years, National Honor Society, Softball All-Star Team three years, Volleyball MVP Sr. Year 2019, Volleyball Offense of the Year Award Jr. Yr 2018, Volleyball Rookie of the Year Frosh yr 2016, and Basketball Most Improved Freshman year 2017.

High school Accomplishments: Shasta Cascade All League, Shasta Cascade League MVP, Four Year Varsity Softball and Played in the Babe Ruth Softball World Series.

Alondra Hernandez, Clovis, CA, Fresno City College
Position: C/OF
High school/ Junior College Accomplishments: In high school received Coaches Award for softball, High Honor Roll, Commencement Speaker, Marching Band Outstanding Service Award and Dean's List at her Junior College.
Hernandez is following in her brother's footsteps coming to Simpson University, as her brother was on the Men's wrestling team in 2015-2018.
