Oklahoma City, OKLA. - The Red Hawks facing elimination played with something to prove against Kansas Wesleyan University and dominated the Coyotes in a 11-2 victory.

Kaylana Mah in the bottom of the 1st inning, who crushed a ball into the left field bleachers to give the Red Hawks a three run lead in the 1st.Â
Hallums countered with a shutdown inning for the Red Hawks in the circle only giving up one hit and leaving the runner stranded in the top of the 2nd.

Amanda Laughlin. Laughlin doubled in Silveira to extend the Red Hawk lead to 4-0.

Bailey Akins to push the lead to 6-0.
The Coyotes would finally get to Hallums in the 4th inning with a solo homerun from Jordan Girard to cut the lead to 6-1. Simpson would have its first scoreless inning in the 4th, as they would leave two runners on.
Hailee Nichols replaced
Paris Hallums in the 5th inning and quickly had the bases loaded against her as a result of a pair of errors at short by Mah. One run would come into score on a sinking line drive where Simpson would get an out at 3rd. Nichols then recorded back to back ground outs to get out of the inning while only allowing one run and keeping the lead at 6-2.

Courtney Thomas,
Missy Silveira launched a triple to center field to score Thomas. Wright would then bring in Silveira on a single up the middle. A fielder's choice by
Mia Olvera that was followed by a single for Kailey Bailey (her 3rd hit of the day). A Mah single and a
Bailey Akins double would eventually score Olvera, Bailey and then Mah to end the game at 11-2.
Paris Hallums records her 15th win of the year by only allowing one run on three hits in 4.0 innings pitched.
Kaylana Mah wound up going 2-3 with 4 RBIs. Akins finished 2-2 with four runs driven in while Bailey tallied a team-high three hits out of the team 12 hit attack.
