The Simpson University Red Hawks are a part of the NAIA as they compete in the California Pacific Conference, the Frontier Conference, the Cascade Collegiate Conference, the Continental Collegiate Conference, and the Greater South Athletic Conference.Â
The Red Hawks have demonstrated the core values that resemble a Five Star Insition of Champions of Character.Â

- Established Champions of Character Conference Committee
- Conference has a conduct in competition oversight committee composed of a minimum of three members
- At least 60% of members institutions must receive the NAIA Champions of Character Five-Star Institution Award
