Simpson Softball Take One of Two from La Sierra

The Red Hawks were unable to extend their win streak 10 with a game two loss to La Sierra, 2-1. Paris Hallums twirled a gem, recording a no-hitter while also picking up a loss. In Cal Pac Conference play, Simpson is in the driver seat at 9-1 on the season.  The Red Hawks tallied their 30th win on the season for the 7th time in program history.

NOTABLE STATS:
Madison Wright records yet back to back multi-hit games, her 19th and 20th of the season.
Hailee Nichols has now pitched four straight complete games after the game 1 victory and drops her ERA to 1.42 on the campaign.
Kayla Bailey records her 6th multi-RBI game of the year with two in game 1.
Simpson softball has won at least 30 games in the last 5 seasons, 7 out of 9 total seasons
In the game 2 loss, the Red Hawks only tallied 6 hits for the game, the 4th lowest of the year.
