The Red Hawks will look to complete the 3 game series sweep of the La Sierra Golden Eagles after a pair of victories today. Simpson dominated in game 1 as Cody Coggins outmatched Eagles' hitters throughout his seven innings of work. The Red Hawks found themselves in a back and forth contest in game 2. Simpson was done one heading into the bottom of the ninth and hoped for some late inning magic. A sacrifice fly from Heath Boyles, followed by a walk-off single from Rath Moseley sent the bench into a frenzy, piling on top of Moseley as he rounded first base.
