REDDING, Calif. -- Hallums rebounds; throws 2 hit shutout and Red Hawks win 7-0 over Eastern Oregon.
In Simpson's second game of the day
Paris Hallums took the mound and shutout the Mountaineers, earning her fourth win on the season. The Mountaineers reached base just six times on 2 hits and 4 walks. Eastern Oregon was short on pitching after playing the two games prior and Simpson took full advantage. The Red Hawks offense came alive tallying 11 hits including a RBI triple down the right field line in the bottom of the sixth by
Courtney Thomas. With that win the Red Hawks are now 10-2.
The Red Hawks look to get revenge later this evening in their rematch against Corban at 8 pm.Â
