Box Score REDDING, Calif. - Over this past weekend, Saturday October 8th, Simpson Women's Soccer completely shut the University of Antelope Valley down, and beat them 3-0. 

After a very heated first twenty minutes of the game, Simpson Captain Haylee Ward would get on the board first for SU. Iris Van Dalfsen and Hannah Gonzales would each score in the second half and would assist one another in each other's goals as well. 

Simpson's defense would shine all game, only allowing the University of Antelope Valley to shoot twice in the first half, and not allowing them to shoot at all in the second half. Simpson goalie Kiah Gridley would have two saves on the day for SU. 

Simpson Women's Soccer will have a little over a week break, then they will be back at it against UC Merced on Thursday, October 20th  at 5PM.
