Vallejo, Calif. - Simpson University men's soccer team scores seven straight goals and defeat Cal State Maritime 7-1.
Red Hawks would get down early in the match as the Keelhaulers would strike first in the twenty second minute for a 1-0 lead. Simpson would score its first of seven goals in the thirty fifth minute when freshmen

In the second half, the Red Hawks would score six straights goals. Stieler would score again giving a 2-1 lead in the fifty fifth minute. Freshmen
Brandon Jacobsen scored back to back goals in the sixty second and sixty fourth minute giving the Red Hawks a 4-1 lead. Juniors Mitch Boyle and
Noah Miranda scored back to back goals in the sixty fifth minute for a 6-1 lead. And the final score was kicked in by sophomore
Jacob Muniz on an assist by senior
Caleb Ikwuagwu at the seventy first minute.
Sophomore
Michael Jones recorded four save while allowing one goal in ninety minutes. Boyle lead everyone with seven shots on goal and twelve shots.
Red Hawks return to action on Oct. 25 vs. Pacific Union College. Kick-off is set for 3pm.
