REDDING, Calif. - Simpson women's basketball struggled at home Tuesday night and fell to the Warriors, 77-65.
The Red Hawks leaped to a 15-10 lead at the end of the first quarter, but William Jessup found its offensive rhythm the rest of the way.
Precious Jackson was the team leader in points and rebounds tallying 15 points and eight boards. Four Warriors players finished in double figures led by Miranda Zaragoza, who recorded 18 points and 15 rebounds.
The Red Hawks will look to snap the losing streak when they face Corban and Northwest Christian on Friday and Saturday on the road.
