RANCHO PALOS VERDE, Calif. - Simpson University baseball tallies its first conference win of the year splitting the second Cal Pac series of the year with Marymount University, 7-4, 7-14.
The Red Hawks rallied back from giving up a four spot in the bottom of the first inning in game 1 to hold the Mariners scoreless the rest of the game. Simpson sprinkled in runs in four different innings eventually taking the lead in the 7th inning with an RBI double off the bat

Zachary Morgan records his first win of the year in relief, throwing four shutout innings, only allowing on hit and fanning four batters.
Alfred Souza IV came in finish off the Mariners in game 1 in order to receive the save.
In game 2, five Red Hawk errors plagued Simpson in to giving up 14 runs and 15 hits in game 2. Simpson's offense exploded in the 6th inning for 7 runs to take the lead, but Marymount countered with nine runs the next 3 innings.
