EUGENE, Ore. - After losing both games of a doubleheader on Sunday against Corban University, the Red Hawks were able to bounce back and take both games from the Beacons of Northwest Christian.

GAME 1:
A ten run output for Simpson in game one including four insurance in the top of the 7th that proved key in recording the win. Mia Olvera drove in four runs and hit a clutch big fly that was instrumental in the win. Simpson's defense continues to be inconsistent recording four errors resulting in two unearned runs. Brianna Lopez picked up the win as Hailee Nichols recorded the save shutting the door in the 7th inning.

GAME 2:
The Red Hawks offense exploded for an 11 run output to help Sydney Moorhead pick up her 7th win of the year and the complete game shutout. Mazzie Davies and Mia Olvera each recorded three hits while Madison Wright tallied three RBIs.

Simpson's bats continue to click and right at perfect the time with conference beginning Friday, March 23rd in Rancho Palo Verdes, Calif. for the Cal Pac Opener.
