Nicole Morse recorded a career-high 13 kills in the match to go along with 10 digs.
Madison Stouder and
Sara Salmon each finished in double digits for assists combining for 32.
Taylor Bachs also had a career night offensively for Simpson with 8 kills.
The Warriors drilled 45 kills as a team with only 21 attack errors as setter, Jessica Williams notched 40 assists on the match.
Jessup improves to 3-1 on the season while the Red Hawks drop to 0-3 on the young campaign.
The Red Hawks will head to day 3 of the Jessup Tournament tomorrow when they take on Life Pacific College and Northwest Christian University at 9 and 12 am.
