EUGENE, Ore. - Fallon Greenhaw continued her success offensively recording 23 points, but it wasn't enough as the Red Hawks fell to undefeated Northwest Christian, 70-58.
Simpson continued to attack the basket and draw fouls knocking down 19 of 25 free throws on the day. Natalie Campos and Samarra Fernandez finished with career-highs in their young careers combining for 19 points.
The turning point in the game came when Northwest Christian outscored the Red Hawks 23-9 in the second quarter. Simpson allowed 18 offensive rebounds against the Deacons resulting in 20 second chance points.
The Red Hawks improved immensely only sending Northwest Christian seven times after constantly having the front court in foul trouble the previous three games.
The Red Hawks will remain on the road as they will face William Jessup University Saturday, Dec. 2nd in Rocklin, Calif. Tip off is set for 5:30 pm
