ROCKLIN, Calif. - In the rematch between the former Cal Pac rivals, William Jessup's big second quarter propelled the Warriors to a 78-50 win over the Red Hawks. Whitney Armstrong continues to improve as her career develops tying her career-high of 13 points connecting on 3 three-pointers.
Jessup's Ashlyn Jones was a thorn in the Red Hawks side yet again tallying a game-high 17 points on 7 of 10 from the field. Emily VanDyke was a rebound shy of double-double finishing with 12 points and nine boards.
The second quarter was the turning point when Jessup outscored Simpson 23-10 taking a 37-20 lead into half.
