REDDING, Calif. - Simpson University women's soccer beats Providence Christian, 1-0.

Simpson wins its first conference game in four years and is now 2-11-1 in 2016.

The lone goal of the match was scored by senior, Brook Gaddy, in the 9th minute.

Keeper, Chelsea White finished with the clean sheet and 16 saves. 

Providence Christian outshot the Red Hawks 23-1 for the match, but the Simpson defense kept the Sea Beggars out of the back of the net.

Simpson's final game and senior day is set for November 5th at 12:30 pm at the Simpson Soccer Field against UC Merced.
