KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Simpson University Red Hawks fell to the Oregon Tech Owls 99-88.
The Red Hawks fall to 0-2 on the young season.
Simpson shot the ball at an impressive clip, 46 percent from the floor and were 6-9 from downtown.
OIT outrebounded the Red Hawks by 12, but had fewer turnovers with just 11 for the game.
Both teams had four players in double figures.
Joseph Bosetti led Simpson in scoring with 24 points. Â
Sean Smith caught fire from three, knocking down 4-5 from beyond the arc.Â
Oregon Tech's Brandon Halter and Joel Yellow Owl combined for 50 of the Owls 99 points.
Simpson will now head home to face Corban University on October 31st at 7:30 pm in the Grant Center.
