College: Rinehart is entering her first season playing volleyball for the Red Hawks. She transferred to Simpson from Fresno City College prior to the 2015 season. Her athletic accomplishments include earning first team all-league honors. She graduated cum laude from Fresno City and was on the Dean’s List. She is also a member of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

High School: Rinehart played three years of varsity volleyball at Clovis East High School, where she also participated in track and field. She earned first team all-league and all-valley honorable mention volleyball honors.

Personal: Madison is the daughter of Ron and Lisa Rinehart. Her hobbies include eating, being outdoors, and being around family and friends.

Reason for coming to SU: “I chose Simpson for lots of reasons.”
