Nikos Kalagasidis is entering into his 4th year for the Simpson University Red Hawks. This is Nikos’ first year being a Captain of the team.

Before College: Kalagasidis grew up in Thessaloniki, Greece and attended high school at Hellenic College of Thessaloniki. He also played for Ajax volleyball club and for the Greek national team U18 and U21.

2020: Kalagasidis appeared in 11 matches and 36 total sets. He averaged 4.83 assists per set for a total of 174 assists. Kalagasidis received 1st team All-Conference honors as a setter for the Cal Pac Conference.

2021: Kalagasidis appeared in 13 matches and 42 total sets. He averaged 7.83 Assists per set for a total of 329 Assists. Kalagasidis received 1st team All-Conference honors for the Cal Pac Conference.

2022: Kalagasidis appeared in 18 matches and 66 total sets. He averaged 8.20 Assists per set for a total of 541 Assists. Kalagasidis received 1st team All-Conference honors for the Cal Pac Conference.
