Biography

Personal/Prep: Gates is from Modesto, CA and attended Enochs High School. On tghe court he earned CCAL MVP, CCAL Offensive Player of the Year, Enochs MVP, Enochs Offensive Player of the Year, broke the single game kills record with 34 kills, holds the record for most kills in CCAL history, and had his jersey, #34, retired. At Enochs, he and his team won the 2023 and 2024 CCAL Championships. Gates Also played for Rage Volleyball Club.
