Biography

Personal/Prep: Zimmerman is from Shingle springs, CA and attended Ponderosa High School. He was a three-year Varsity starter and earned MVP honors his senior year hile being a two-time team captain. Zimmerman also played volleyball and was a three-time team captain, All Star MVP, and three time All League selection. On the court he was selected for the Optimist All-Star Team in his Senior year and won Optimist MVP. Zimmerman also played for Northern California Volleyball Club where he and his team won the 17s Open National Championship at Boys Junior Nationals.
