Biography

2023-24: Shields appeared in 28 games with eight starts and averaged 8.1 PPG while shooting 50% from the floor. He ranked third on the team in points (227) and first on the team in rebounds (144). 

American River College: Shields played two seasons at ARC. He appeared in 38 career games and averaged 7.3 PPG. In his second season he averaged 9.9 PPG and 9.2 rebounds per game. He recorded a double-double in his final game with 27 points and 12 rebounds. Shields garnished All-Conference honors in his sophomore year at ARC.

Personal/Prep: Shields is from Carmichael, CA and attended Rio Americano High School.
