Biography

College: Huerta is entering his first season playing basketball for the Red Hawks. He transferred to Simpson from Los Angeles Valley College prior to the 2015-16 season.

High School: Huerta played four years of varsity basketball at Los Angeles High School. He also played baseball. He earned Western State Conference honorable mention honors.

Personal: Alex is the son of Mayela Albarran. His hobbies include watching the Dodgers.

Reason for coming to SU: “I chose Simpson because of the opportunity it brings.”
