JC Conrad

Conrad has been an assistant coach at Simpson University since 2018. Conrad is the Red Hawks infield, base running, and first base coach. He has helped lead the team to two Cal Pac playoff berths and the first winningest season in program history. 

Prior to coaching at Simpson, Conrad coached three years as an assistant varsity coach at Los Molinos from 2015-2017. 

Prior to his coaching career, Conrad was a standout shortstop best known for his defensive play in the middle of the infield. He earned All League honors twice in the Mid-Valley League at Los Molinos high school. Upon graduation, Conrad attended the University of Arizona from where he played the 2011 season on the U of A varsity baseball team and the 2012, 2013, and 2014 season on the club team. After transferring to Butte College in 2014, Conrad played one season as a warrior. He finished up his career at Chico State University in 2016 where he played one season on the club team. 

Conrad graduated in 2018 from Chico State with his Bachelors of Science degree in Math Education. Then in 2022, he earned his teaching credential and Masters of Education degree from Simpson University. 

Conrad grew up in Los Molinos and currently resides in Chico.
