ATHERTON, Calif. - The men's wrestling squad competed in a dual match with Menlo yesterday but were shut out by the Oaks, 50-0, in their senior night celebrations. 

The Red Hawks faced an early deficit as they forfeited the 125 lb match to allow the Oaks to take the early 6-0 team lead. 

Simpson's Colton Silva fell in a grueling third match, falling to Menlo's Tyger Taam in a 12-9 decision. 

The Red Hawks forfeited the 157 lb match, but Silva wrestled up in an exhibition match and fell to a 9-2 decision. 

The Oaks flexed their muscle as they swept all 10 dual matches with the Red Hawks, as four resulted in a technical fall, three by pin, and two on a decision. 

The Red Hawks are looking to bounce back today as they are back in action in the Oaks Open.
