Simpson women's soccer fell on the road in the past two matches 1-0 to UC Merced, and 3-1 to Saint Katherines.

The Red Hawks currently sit in the middle of the pack in the conference with 13 total points in Cal Pac play. 

In the match against the Bobcats, UC Merced jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 16th minute and were able to hold Simpson scoreless to pick up the victory.

SU was able to find the net against the Firebirds to open the scoreline when Iris Van Dalfsen scored off an assist from Sophee McKenzie. The Firebirds then scored three consecutive times in the 1st half to take a commanding lead and give them the win.

With two conference matches remaining, Simpson will head to Vallejo to face Cal Maritime and host Pacific Union College in the quest to qualify for the playoffs. The Red Hawks 3-4-3 with two key matches remaining and the opportunity for six points on the line.
