REDDING, Calif. - Simpson University women's volleyball jumped
 right back into championship contention after a 3-0 week only dropping one set.
The Red Hawks beat Providence Christian in three straight matches, 3-0, 3-1, 3-0.
Lily Johnson had a dominating week, leading the Red Hawks in two of the three matches and overall with 45 kills for the week.
Simpson setter,
Emily Hansen finished the impressive week with 79 assists in the three matches.
After the red-hot week for Simpson, the Red Hawks are now back in the playoff race, but a win against UC Merced next week is crucial.
Simpson will take on the Bobcats next Thursday for the final regular season match of the season at home.
