REDDING, Calif. - Simpson women's soccer has won eight straight matches dating back to October 10th and the Red Hawks haven't allowed a goal in five matches.

SU enters the playoffs at 10-4-2 overall and 6-1-1 in conference play and is one of the most successful seasons in program history and is the second consecutive year that the Red Hawks have qualified for the conference tournament.

The Red Hawks first round matchup is against Marymount California University is in Riverside, CA with a 4:30 PM kickoff. The match will be live streamed at simpsonredhawks.com/live. 

Saint Katherine finished on top of the Southwest Division, defeated No. 24 Embry-Riddle twice during the regular season, and compiled a conference-high 14 wins to earn the top seed in the California Pacific Conference Women's Soccer Championship tournament, which will take place at La Sierra in Riverside, California beginning this Wednesday, Nov. 10 and culminating with the championship match on Saturday.  Joining the Firebirds this week will be #2 ERAU (second to USK in the Southwest Division), #3 UC Merced (top of the North Division), #4 Simpson (second in the North Division), #5 Marymount California (top in the South Division), and #6 Benedictine-Mesa (third in the Southwest Division).

 The six teams that earned a spot in the postseason tournament were seeded by the Women's Soccer Selection Team, comprised of representatives of each region in the Cal Pac, which came together virtually to discuss the merits of each team and to set the bracket.
 The NAIA Opening Rounds will be held at predetermined regional sites beginning on Nov. 18, and the Championship Rounds will take place at the Orange Beach Sportsplex in Orange Beach, Ala., beginning on Nov. 30.
