REDDING, Calif. - Simpson women's soccer fell at home this afternoon to Sierra Nevada College, 1-0.

Pre-match, SU celebrated four seniors that had fantastic careers for the Red Hawks; Sandy Lule, Katelynne DeVille, Lily James, and Alison Harvey.

The lone goal of the match came in the 25th minute when the Eagles broke through off a pass from Victoria Ratto to find Annie Clements who had a one-on-one with the keeper and found the back of the net.

Simpson narrowly missed a few goals after a few nice saves from Ashley Baker and great defense from SNC.

The Red Hawks will close the season on Monday against Cal Maritime (postponed after a fire in Vallejo) at home with kickoff set at 12 pm.
