Box Score PORTLAND, Ore. - Simpson men's basketball won its 3rd straight game Saturday night taking down Portland Bible College, 72-57.

Nathan Presnell's torrid start the season continued on Saturday night finishing with 20 points and nine rebounds. Blake Trent followed right behind with 17 points connecting on five three-pointers. Brycen Wight was a force on the glass grabbing nine rebounds in just over 30 minutes.

The Red Hawks defense held the Wildcats to 36 percent shooting from the field and 23 percent from beyond the arc. Even on the third game in three days, Simpson maintained focus and energy for the entire 40 minutes.

The Red Hawks improved 4-3 after a 3-0 week and quickly put Simpson back on track to a successful season. Simpson will return home on December 6th to take on West Coast Baptist for a 7:30 pm tip-off.
