VALLEJO, Calif. - Simpson women's soccer tallies its first win of the season, 3-1.
The Red Hawks got off to a quick start on Saturday with a goal in the second minute from
Anna Erickson. This was the first goal of the season for Simpson in their sixth game.
After goalkeeper,
Alison Harvey, stopped a penalty kick early in the second half, Simpson would rack up two more goals to extend its lead to 3-0.
Erin Delgado and
Esther Gnanadoss each kicked in the final two goals for the Red Hawks.
Simpson will continue its road trip next week as the Red Hawks will head to Arizona to take on Embry-Riddle and Benedictine on October 4th and 6th.
