REDDING, Calif. -- The Red Hawks won their third straight Saturday evening, taking down Benedictine 81-77.
Anthony Spencer sparked the Red Hawk offense finishing with 16 points, including 9 from beyond the arc. Both big men
Brandon Moss and
Josh Brakkee added 13 a piece as well.
"Tonight's win was so special because so many kids came off the bench when Aaron (Berry) and Jalen (DuPree) were in foul trouble in the first half and we had no drop-off. Nick (Rodriguez), Brandon (Moss), Brandyn (Waterford) and Tommy (Scriven) all were amazing tonight." Coach Franklin noted after Saturday night's victory.
Rodriguez added 9 points and two key steals helping the Red Hawks to force 17 turnovers on the night, With this victory the Simpson isnow just a half game back of third place in the Cal Pac.
