ROCKLlN, Calif. - From the opening kickoff, William Jessup jumped on the Red Hawks to take a 3-0 lead in the first half.

To open the second half, Simpson got a quick goal after a misplayed clear by Jessup that resulted in an easy strike for Solomon Dutton. It was Dutton's first goal of the year in his first appearance of the season after battling with a knee injury.

Tristan Webb tallied 7 saves as the Simpson defense struggled to stop 15 shots on goal, 7 that connected with the back of the net.

The Red Hawks fall to 0-2 in their tough non-conference schedule and will look ahead to Menlo College on September 7th in Atherton, Calif.
