VALLEJO, Calif. -- In their final game of the season the women's basketball team fell stagnant in the fourth quarter and lost to Benedictine 78-68.

Whitney Rodriguez was limited by foul trouble and played just 10 minutes and finished with 6 points and 5 rebounds. Imani Joseph led all players with 10 rebounds and added 6 points as well. Esther Wofford in her last game wearing a Red Hawk jersey scored 25 points bringing her grand total to 1624 points. She ends her storied career as the all-time leading scorer and one of Simpson's greatest athletes. 

The Red Hawks finish the year at 17-14, their best record since 2002.
