REDDING, Calif. - The pregame ceremonies were extended before the final home conference game of 2017 for the Red Hawks as seniors Diean Manu, Sara Salmon, and Rachel Ellis were recognized.

On what was an extremely competitive 3 set match, the Red Hawks found themselves up early in all three sets before the outstanding hitters for Embry-Riddle got into a rhythm that would allow them to complete the sweep.

It was the freshman who shined on senior night however, as Nicole Morse and Cameron Wallace led the Red Hawks in kills combining for 12.  Sara Salmon also had a big evening tallying 22 assists and 12 digs.

Simpson will finish the season with a 3 game road trip beginning on October 27th at UC Merced.
