REDDING, Calif. - The Red Hawks volleyball team fell in straight sets to the William Jessup Warriors, (25-23, 25-22, 25-13).
The opening set was back and forth until Jessup took a commanding lead in the final points and then went on to control the pace for the remainder of the match.
Simpson was lead by
Ashley Cervantes and
Aimee Belleville in kills with 11 and 8. Â The Red Hawks finished with 26 errors as a team to the Warriors' 11.
Jessup received a steady performances from Taylor Jacky who tallied 8 kills and 22 total attacks.
Simpson drops its second consecutive game, but looks ahead to a Cal Pac Conference meeting with La Sierra University in Riverside, Calif. on September 16th at 7:30 pm.Â
