Red Hawks Women's Soccer Upholds Upbeat Mentality Despite Loss

REDDING, Calif. - The Red Hawks women's soccer team shook hands on the field today with only 8 dressed players.  Despite being three players short, they held off a number of attacks only allowing six goals from the Northwest University Eagles.

The Red Hawks allowed 48 shots in 90 minutes, 27 of which were on frame.  Simpson keeper, Amy Martin, finished with 21 total saves.

Simpson now looks forward to a clash against the Oregon Tech Hustlin' Owls on August 29th. Kickoff is at 1:00pm at the Simpson Soccer Field.
