REDDING, Calif. - Simpson University volleyball ends the 2016 season with a loss to Pacific Union College, 25-22, 25-19, 25-23.

Simpson began the night acknowledging the seniors for each team including Meg Edwards, Kelsey Reibsamen, Jodi Boudreaux, Aimee Belleville, and Brittany Mattingly.

The Red Hawks had three different players who all finished in double-digits for kills, but also 21 attacking errors.

Pacific Union was lead by Amanda Loeffler with 11 kills and Atheny Abary with 32 assists and 18 digs.

Simpson finishes the 2016 year with a 6-20 record and 2-12 conference record.
