REDDING, Calif. - Simpson men's soccer allows only one goal in a 5-1 victory over Pacific Union College

The Red Hawks improve to 3-3 in the Cal Pac and 5-8 overall.

Cody Beaumont continues to impress in his freshman season adding two goals in today's fixture.  Solomon Dutton, Jacob Muniz, and Craig Stieler each put a shot past the Pioneer goalkeeper.  Alvaro Medina finished with two assists for Simpson.

The Red Hawks outshot PUC 24-13, but 15 of Simpson's shots were on goal.

Pacific Union's lone goal was scored by Geraldy Kumontoy in the 40th minute.

The Red Hawks will head on the road for their next match with SOKA University of America on October 20th at 5 p.m. in Aliso Viejo, Calif.
