REDDING, Calif. - Simpson women's soccer shuts out Mills College with a 5-0 victory.
Simpson records its first win of 2016 and records its first shutout since 2014. Â Keeper,
Chelsea White, finishes with the clean sheet as well as four saves for the Red Hawks.
All five of the Red Hawks goals were scored by senior,
Brook Gaddy, setting a school record for most goals scored in a single game by one player. Gaddy, put four goals in the back of the net in just the first half.
Darian Coggan assisted Gaddy on three of her goals, while
Amy Martin and
Sandy Lule each had one.
The Red Hawks set season highs for goals, shots, shots on goal, and goals allowed with the win against the Cyclones.
Simpson looks to keep the momentum rolling with a visit at Soka University of America on October 20th at 7 p.m.
