College: Swinson is entering his first season wrestling for the Red Hawks.

High School: Swinson competed in four years of varsity wrestling at Alemany High School. He also played football. He was a two-time CIF champion.

Personal: Khalil is the son of Wayne and Makeda Swinson. His hobbies include writing poems.

Reason for coming to SU: “I chose Simpson because of the great location.”
