Personal/Prep: Armstrong is from Redding, CA and attended Anderson Union High School. In the classroom he earned Dean's list recognition for his efforts in the classroom. On the field he was a CIF All Conference selection as a junior and senior and a Lions All Star first team North selection. One of his fondest memories is when his team overcame a 12 point deficit with only 6 minutes left.
