Coach Lemuel Adams enters 2024 as his first year as the Wide Receivers Coach for the Simpson University Red Hawks football team.
Prior to coming to Simpson Coach Adams has had a decorated coaching and playing career on the field.
He has had various coaching experiences with a number of different high school teams in the Sacramento area.
Coach Adams owns and operates Game-Fit Fitness Training Depot. One of the premier athletic training facilities in Northern California while being a nationally ranked trainer.
He has trained numerous Professional and top High School and College athletes. This includes four US High School Army All-Americans and over 60 D1 athletes.
Caoch Adams has been chosen for Nike Opening Events and has had the pleasure to be the trainer for the Youth NFL Hall of Fame Game.

Coach Adams obtained his AA degree in 1999 from Saratoga College before going on to attend Washington State (2000) and Florida A&M (2021). After a stellar collegiate playing career Coach Adams had a tryout with the San Francisco 49ers (2001) under Head Coach Steve Mariucci. His professional career spanned from 2001-2011 in the Arena Football League, Arena 2 League, American Indoor Football League, and the National Indoor Football League.
He is married to Briana Adams and there family resides in Plumas Lake, CA.
