College: Morris is entering his first season wrestling for the Red Hawks. He transferred to Simpson from Santa Rosa Junior College prior to the 2015-2016 season.

High School: Morris competed in four years of varsity wrestling at Santa Rosa High School.

Personal: Richard is the son of John and Renette Morris. His hobbies include fishing, camping, sports, and collecting coins.

Reason for coming to SU: “I like the area and the outdoors.”
